Import bank statement
Upload a CSV or PDF statement. The app reads deposits, auto-matches each to a member, and reconciles pending proofs members submitted. You confirm before anything is saved.
Properties owned
Track each property: when bought, price, amount paid to date, and bond status — including a paid-off property with an access bond kept open for redraw.
Rentals & income
Shana and Musa (and the treasurer) manage tenants, lease renewals, rent received, and running costs (accountant, maintenance, council). Net income = rent received − costs.
Meeting calendar
Everyone sees upcoming meetings. A reminder is pushed to members' phones ahead of time (turn on 🔔 notifications).
Property ideas board
Any member can suggest an area or property; others upvote and comment. The AI can weigh in using your bank + bond balances and the listings.

Any member can start a poll. Each member votes once from their own login. The server records that you voted (to block double-voting) but never which option — anonymous.
AI property insights
Suggests South African areas for your next purchase based on your pooled funds, the two account balances, and your goal. Optionally add a budget or a specific question.

Keep the AI property insights and shortlist verdict up to date without remembering to click. Remind me nudges you (in-app + phone) to refresh once they get old — you tap and it runs, so you only spend when you choose. Fully automatic re-runs them on schedule with no click (spends on the API each cycle).
